Fred Roman, 71, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky passed away Sunday December 18, 2022 at Colonial House Nursing Home in Shepherdsville.
He was born January 8, 1951 to the late, Manuel and Maria Camacho Roman.
He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.
He was a loving brother, uncle and friend.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by seven brothers, Robert, Elvira, Gilbert, and David Roman, Luis and Wilson Surita, and Ramon Zapata, one sister,
Elisa Surita.
He is survived by two brothers, SidFredo Surita and Gerard Roman, three sisters, Lillian Roman, Nancy Morales, and Yvette Pina, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services for Fred Roman will be held Tuesday January 10, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at the William R. Rust Funeral Home in New Haven. With Brother David Fortner officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky.
Visitation for Fred Roman will be held Monday January 9, 2023 from 5 to 8 p.m. and will continue after 11 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home chapel.
