Marie Carol French

Marie Carol French, 67, of Hodgenville, passed away October 22, 2022 at Audubon Hospital in Louisville.

Carol is survived by her parents, Jackie and Jean Cecil French of Hodgenville, one brother Kevin (Madeleine) French of Fairfax, Virginia, two sisters, Sharon French of Louisville, and Ann (Tim) Elder of Louisville,two nieces, Emily (Rob) French-Ellis, and Eliza French, two nephews, James and Michael Elder, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Disabled by an accident at an early age, Carol spent nearly her entire life under the loving care of her parents. For the last year she lived at Nazareth Home in Louisville.

Throughout her life, Carol's faith was very important to her and she enjoyed attending Mass and receiving Holy Communion and participating in other activities.

Despite her disabilities, Carol lived a happy life and had a positive impact on everyone she met.

 Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 25, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the William R. Rust Funeral Home Hodgenville Chapel.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00.

Prayer service at noon with Father Brian Kenny officiating. She will be laid to rest at St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery in Howardstown.
